There’s a lot on the horizon for Terra Cultura.
In the coming months, we’ll be offering new and exciting ways to roll up your sleeves and get involved. If you’re interested in participating in any of these exciting opportunities to collaborate to strengthen community resilience, feel free to email info@terracultura.org, or use our Contact Form. We look forward to hearing from you!
-
Artist Residency Program
Later this year we’ll be launching our Artist Residency program, an opportunity for up-and-coming artists to focus on their craft while getting directly involved with the Terra Cultura community.
-
Farm Residency Program
Interested in learning more about regenerative agriculture, environmental stewardship, and permaculture? Stay with us here on the farm, get your hands dirty, and learn something from the land! Launching later this year.
-
On-Site Farm Stand
In the coming months, we’ll be offering much of the produce that we grow using our regenerative and sustainable methods to our community in our on-site, pay-what-you-can Farm Stand.
-
Online Educational Resources
We’re working to take many of our programs, workshops and lessons online as we shelter-in-place. We’ll soon be offering online lesson plans and other educational resources you can use to teach yourself and others at home.
-
Internship Opportunities
We’re working together with local schools and universities to develop both in-person and virtual internships for those interested in hands-on learning opportunities in farming, arts, and education.
-
Volunteer Days
When the farm opens its doors to visitors once again, we host monthly Volunteer Days, where you can come play in the sun, take a tour of the farm, and help out your local community art-farm.
-
Field Trips
Terra Cultura will be open for field trips from regional schools and students of all ages in the next school year. We offer hands-on educational opportunities that meet California’s Next Generation Science Standards.
