We interrupt this regularly scheduled blog post for a special announcement…

Terra Cultura is hosting its first official event! And you’re invited.

You’ll find the invitation below with all the details.

We’re especially excited to announce (and you’re the very first ones to hear it) that the entertainment at this event will include The Gold Souls, all the way from Sacramento in all their bluesy glory, as well as a very special San Diego musician, Erin Bower and friends. Koi Zen Cellars will be pouring the wine and it’s sure to be a very good time. Check back soon for announcements on more special guests and local sponsors. We’re looking forward to building our community and building support around Terra Cultura’s mission. We hope you can come!

Terra Cultura x The Climate Foodie

Farm to Table Dinner Pop-Up

Saturday, September 28th, 5pm – 7:30pm

Experience an evening meal that celebrates sustainability by using seasonal and plant-based ingredients, and cooking methods rooted in Japanese macrobiotic cuisine. The dinner will be hosted in our picturesque communal kitchen, encouraging conversation and connection. This reservation-only event is limited to just 12 guests, so secure your spot now!

The plant-based menu will feature locally grown vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, and sources of umami such as kombu, shio koji, and miso which are commonly found in Japanese ingredients. Each plate will include a serving of five distinct dishes, one soup, and a beverage. Please note that the cuisine will contain soy, gluten, sesame seeds, and nuts.
